New York State requires that all workers involved in the construction of public works is a 10 hour OSHA Construction Cards. New York City requires that construction workers involved in projects that require a security plan of the site that more than 100,000 square feet or more than 10 stories to a height of 10-hour OSHA construction paper, which is published in the last 5 years.
