I have always been passionate about tennis and have studied peak performance to the nth degree…so intensely that one of my best friends who is a prominent chiropractor calls me “Mr. Modality” because I have tried just about everything out there.I have experimented with different techniques, footwork, playing strategies, fitness programs, mindset techniques, athletic diet plans (yes, I ate raw for 2 weeks…that’s a funny story:) for another time.
